By using the ade365 website or any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ade365 and each of its users.

Ade365 provides online betting and gaming services across Bangladesh and various regions in Asia. By using the platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your country of residence.

These Terms & Conditions apply to browsing the website, registering an account, playing any game, making deposits or withdrawals, and participating in any promotion. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please refrain from using ade365's services.

To open an account at ade365, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of identity may be requested at any time for age verification purposes.
• Each person may operate only one account. Members of the same household may hold separate accounts provided they use different devices and payment methods.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and other details during registration. Submitting inaccurate information will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify ade365 support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory on ade365. Before your first withdrawal, or after a certain transaction threshold, you will be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. This process is in place to protect the security of your account.

Ade365 currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as bank transfers. Each payment method has its own applicable limits.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. The maximum daily deposit limit depends on your account verification level.
• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals via bKash can be made up to a daily maximum of ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. During peak hours, this may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is required for anti-money laundering compliance.
• Ade365 does not charge any additional withdrawal fees. However, fees imposed by your payment provider may still apply.

Please read and understand these rules before placing any bets on ade365. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except in cases where a cash-out option is available.

• All bets are recorded on ade365's servers and those records are final. In the event of any dispute, server records will be treated as conclusive evidence.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining odds recalculated accordingly.
• Ade365 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious odds error. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted during live betting with a network delay and the outcome of the event has already been determined at that point, ade365 reserves the right to void that bet.
• Each user has a maximum daily betting limit, which varies based on account level and verification status.

For cricket betting, ade365 follows ICC-defined rules. In Test matches, results are generally not settled unless both innings are completed — separate rules may apply to specific markets.

Ade365's bonus offers are specially designed for players in Bangladesh. However, each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only. Attempting to claim it through multiple accounts from the same person or household is a violation of the Terms.
• Most bonuses come with wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the bonus amount. The specific conditions are listed on the details page of each offer.
• Not all games are eligible for bonus wagering. Certain games are excluded from bonus wager contributions.
• Bonuses must generally be used within 30 days. Once expired, the bonus balance will be automatically removed.
• Separate wagering conditions may also apply to winnings from free spins or free bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ade365 platform. Violations will result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus arbitrage — that is, using multiple accounts or methods solely to claim bonuses.
• Attempting to fix matches or gain any unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated tools.
• Attempting to harass or defraud other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Using a false identity or operating an account in someone else's name.

Ade365 believes gaming is for entertainment — not as a source of income. Responsible gaming tools are available to all members.

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Limits take effect immediately.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period before you start playing.
• Session Limit: Set a daily time limit for your gaming sessions — you will be automatically logged out when the time is up.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: An option to permanently close your account if you need a long-term break from gaming.

Ade365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious financial activity or any attempt at fraud.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months).

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and the closure was not due to a breach of terms, ade365 will endeavour to return that balance. However, in cases of fraud or serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.

Ade365 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or through an in-app notification.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page regularly.
